Welcome to ElgamalCRM / AK CRM (referred to as the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). ElgamalCRM / AK CRM is a premium multi-tenant enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) SaaS workspace. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

1. Information We Collect

When you use our Service, specifically when logging in or connecting your Google accounts via Google OAuth, we collect and process the following information:

• Google Account Information: Your full name, email address, and profile picture URL.
• OAuth Tokens: Secure access and refresh tokens provided by Google to authorize integrations.

2. Use of Google OAuth Scopes

ElgamalCRM / AK CRM requests specific Google OAuth scopes to enable integration features. Our usage of these scopes is strictly limited to the following actions:

• Email Integration (Gmail Scopes): We access Gmail scopes to enable the synchronization of customer email threads into the CRM timeline. This allows your team to view and manage client communication directly within lead/customer profiles inside the CRM.
• Calendar Integration (Google Calendar Scopes): We access Google Calendar scopes to enable a two-way event synchronization. This allows events, meetings, and calls scheduled in the CRM to sync with your Google Calendar, and vice versa.

3. Data Storage and Tenant Isolation

As a multi-tenant CRM SaaS platform, security and isolation are built into our architecture:

• Tenant Isolation: Your synchronized emails, calendars, and account details are stored in isolated databases corresponding to your workspace (tenant). No other tenants or unauthorized users can access your data.
• Security Measures: We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

4. Data Sharing and Transfer

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with third parties. Your data is strictly used to run the integration features you enable inside your workspace. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics tracking, or sharing with external brokers.

5. User Control and Revoking Access

You remain in full control of your integrations and permissions at all times:

• You can disconnect your Google account and delete synced data at any time from inside the CRM's Email Accounts settings page.
• You can revoke access to ElgamalCRM / AK CRM completely at any time by visiting your Google Account Security Settings.
