ElgamalCRM / AK CRM is a premium multi-tenant enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) SaaS workspace. It provides organizations with toolsets to manage leads, pipelines, contacts, calendar meetings, and team email communication in a segregated, secure environment.

2. User Accounts and Account Responsibilities

To use our platform, you must register a tenant account. As a user, you agree that:

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, passwords, and API keys confidential and secure.
• You are responsible for all actions and content uploaded to or generated inside your workspace.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized activity.

3. Data Access and Google OAuth Integration

When you choose to authorize Google integrations (such as Gmail or Google Calendar sync), you grant us permission to query and edit your records for the sole purpose of executing sync operations. You accept responsibility for maintaining access policies and configuring user scopes within your organization.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElgamalCRM / AK CRM makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, uptime, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Modifications and Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue any feature or portion of the Service at any time. We will endeavor to provide prior notification for any major breaking updates or pricing modifications where possible.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of ElgamalCRM / AK CRM shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law principles.
